Our patented contact technology RamTac™ in our rotary fit interconnect was made thinking about the oil and gas industry's extreme conditions and harsh environments. The design has passed the most stringent qualification tests by an independent test facility and several customers and recorded hundreds of thousands of hours performing as advertised, but the real test and measure of achievement are the satisfied customers that keep coming back. Rampart Products maintains a robust quality management system supporting our AS9100D / ISO 9001:2015 certification – along with our CAGE code, we can source directly to the U.S. Government. Our in-house test facility allows us to fully qualify HPHT connectors: simultaneous 30,000 PSI @ 500°F; real-time data collection plus remote monitoring; contact insertion and extraction force; insulation resistance; electrical continuity; automated optical full dimensional verification; test reports are generated and provided as a qualification standard. Shortly, we will expand our capabilities by moving to a more than three times larger manufacturing facility.
